working with clients to identify problems and practice solutions.
As psychotherapists trained in a social perspective, our focus is on the big picture. We help clients take in the scope of their lives. Using eclectic and integrative techniques, we work with individuals as partners to identify problems, their effects and underlying patterns, and to practice solutions.
Change is uncomfortable, but the result is relief, as well as a happier and more sustainable life. Clients leave with their own personal toolbox, with which they can build a life they truly enjoy long-term. Throughout the therapeutic process clients learn to: identify their patterns; evaluate the ways in which those patterns help and hinder goals; address how they interact with the other individuals; and practice the pursuit of meaning, integrity and joy.

No matter who you are, where you are, or what you want to get out of it, therapy can help.
